Since starting my coaching practice, I have helped my clients discover effective skills in dealing with the challenges in their lives.

I think it takes real skill to listen and assess people and ask the right questions. I feel Christine has a very deep understanding of human nature and is very gentle in her approach.
Even if you sign up and pay for this kind of coaching there can be resistance to change (for whatever reason) but I don’t ever feel like I’m being pushed in any way which is really refreshing. A lot of the time we feel we are being spoken down to by coaches, teachers, therapists etc. and Christine's approach is very collaborative and embracing rather than talking at me. Christine suggests rather than dictates and I love that because my inner A-type (who doesn’t take authority very well) would rebel against any forced change.

I also feel like Christine is on my team which is really important.

Maja has a successful career and has recently become a mom. Maja was looking for guidance in transitioning back to her career after some time off and wanted to ensure that she continued to maintain a good work/life balance.

Alex Hartog

Alex is a single mom who was struggling and feeling a little lost. Alex was unsure if she had made the right decision to go back to university, she felt like she was procrastinating with the smallest tasks and felt very distant from the people closest to her.

 

Alex felt disorganised and felt that she had no goals set – not even a goal for the day let alone a goal for any future endeavors. Alex felt overwhelmed with life in general and the management thereof.

Whilst working with Christine, I have seen so many life changes happen in a short space of time. In general, having worked through my values and identifying key factors, I have become closer to my family and finding happiness in life as it is. Christine helped me get back to doing the things I love which motivated me to train for a triathlon – prep is well under way.  I also continued through my applications to university which resulted in both universities short listing me and requesting further interviews and tests.

I learnt to schedule in time for personal development daily and I now feel more confident as a mom and human in general. I feel a lot more organised and have such gratitude towards this incredible opportunity that made this all possible.
